Job summary

Utron Inc. in Hackensack, NJ is seeking an Inside Sales and Lead Generation Specialist who will be the front end of our sales process, researching target markets, engaging new prospects, and qualifying leads before passing them to the Sales team.

You will drive outbound prospecting via calls, email, and LinkedIn, manage inbound leads from campaigns and website, and qualify opportunities to ensure smooth handoffs.

• Drive outbound prospecting via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn to generate new business opportunities.
• Manage and follow up inbound leads from marketing campaigns, our website, and other sources.
• Qualify leads through structured discovery conversations to uncover needs, timing, and fit.
• Handover qualified leads to the sales team with clear, completed documentation.
