United Rentals is seeking an Inside Sales Rep at our Fluid Solutions branch in the United States. You will be a key customer consultant, recommending solutions, quoting, selling and fulfilling orders for fluid solutions equipment and services based on customer needs.

You will educate customers on proper equipment use, coordinate with branch staff for satisfaction, and help drive branch growth while maintaining accurate inventory and reports. This role emphasizes relationship building and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Strong sales and customer service skills required.
• Proficiency with MS Office; attention to safety and teamwork emphasized.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key customer contact and consultant for fluid solutions equipment rental and services.
• Quote, sell and fulfill orders based on customer needs.
• Educate customers about proper equipment use and safety.
• Coordinate with branch staff to deliver customer satisfaction.
• Track daily equipment pickups and returns and run reports.
• Maintain accurate inventory records of branch assets.
• Assist with new rental and sales accounts via walk-in or call-in customers.
• Support additional duties as needed.
