Job summary

United Rentals Inside Sales Rep position at our Fluid Solutions branch focuses on recommending solutions, quoting, selling and fulfilling orders based on customer needs. You will build relationships, drive sales and support branch growth while dedicating to fluid solutions equipment rental and supply needs.

Expect to educate customers on proper equipment use, coordinate with team members for seamless service, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of fluid solutions related products and applications preferred.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Proficient with MS Office (especially Word and Excel).
• Excellent teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Keen attention to detail and diligent attention to safety.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Establish understanding of rental business for specialty engineered products and services.
• Process rental quotations, reservations and contracts.
• Establish new rental and sales accounts by serving walk-in and call-in customers.
• Educate customers about proper equipment use.
• Coordinate with branch employees to deliver customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate and track daily equipment pickups and returns.
• Run reports to monitor equipment and facilitate operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records of branch assets.
• Other duties as needed.
