Job summary

United Rentals is seeking an Inside Sales Rep for our Fluid Solutions branch in West Jordan, UT. You will quote, sell and fulfill equipment rentals based on customer needs, becoming a key contact and consultant for customers.

You’ll coordinate with inside and outside staff, handle orders, educate customers on equipment use, and help drive branch growth while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (especially Word and Excel).
• Excellent teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Keen attention to detail and safety.

Responsibilities

• Establish understanding of rental business for specialty engineered products and services.
• Process rental quotations, reservations and contracts.
• Establish new rental and sales accounts by serving walk-in and call-in customers.
• Educate customers about proper equipment use.
• Coordinate with branch staff to deliver customer satisfaction.
• Track daily equipment pickups and returns.
• Maintain accurate inventory records of branch assets.
