You will handle requests via phone, fax, or email and coordinate with outside sales and other departments to ensure top service. You will respond to orders and quotations from various channels.

The role emphasizes timely inquiries, accurate ordering, and strong communication with customers and vendors, with the potential for growth within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Hs Diploma or GED required; 0-2 years of experience in the area of responsibility.
• Good written and verbal/oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office software and Adobe.
• Self‑driven with a positive attitude and demeanor.
• Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provides pricing and delivery information.
• Responsible for entire order processing including documents to departments.
• Responds to inquiries in a timely manner ensuring requests are handled daily.
• Performs follow‑up to ensure timely shipment and customer satisfaction.
• Maintains relationships with customers and vendors.
• Purchase material as needed for orders and stock.
• Resolves customer service issues.
• Tracks open sales orders.
• Various duties assigned by the supervisor.
