Responsibilities include providing pricing, processing orders, and following up to ensure on-time shipments, with a focus on customer satisfaction and effective communication across teams.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 0-2 years of related experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and Adobe.

Responsibilities

• Provide pricing and delivery information.
• Process customer orders and distribute documents to appropriate departments.
• Respond to inquiries promptly and ensure requests are handled.
• Follow up to ensure timely shipment and customer satisfaction.
