You will process orders, coordinate with internal departments, provide status updates, and ensure timely delivery of materials and documents. Based in Boise, Idaho, the role emphasizes accurate documentation, data handling, and strong communication with external customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with common business software (CSI, MS Office, Adobe).
• Self-driven with a positive attitude and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Process and distribute customer order documents to all relevant departments.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries promptly with accurate information.
• Generate inspection reports and collect data packages from suppliers.
• Review and approve complete order packets with 100% accuracy.
• Support repair department technicians as needed.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers.
• Report and resolve customer service issues.
• Track and manage all cases in the company system.
• Provide status updates to ensure on-time material delivery and documentation.
• Perform various duties as assigned by the supervisor.
