Qualifications

• Proven ability to build customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages phone customers, understanding needs and offering solutions.
• Collaborates with Account Managers to service accounts and drive revenue.
• Identifies potential sales opportunities for Account Managers and the District.
• Maintains knowledge of portfolio offerings to provide compelling value propositions.
• Drives sales by identifying related products or add-ons and promoting promotions.
• Resolves problems while complying with company policies.
• Makes outbound calls including marketing new products.
• Executes quote and order management accurately to expedite fulfillment.
