Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in inside sales or related customer-focused roles.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with focus on service and safety.
• Proven ability to build and maintain professional customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage outbound phone customers to understand needs and provide solutions.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to service accounts and drive revenue.
• Identify sales opportunities for Account Managers and the District.
• Maintain knowledge of portfolio offerings to present customer value propositions.
• Process quotes and orders with high accuracy to expedite fulfillment.
