Job summary

ADI Global Distribution is seeking an Inside Sales Associate at our Milford, CT location to grow revenue, nurture customer relationships, and provide solutions that drive long-term partnerships. You will engage with existing accounts, identify opportunities, and present products and services over the phone and in person.

Qualified candidates have at least 1 year in sales, strong communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a drive to exceed targets.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Sales Experience or more.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge to operate Microsoft Office.
• Desire to be in a Sales role and be accountable for sales revenue.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue and increase margins on assigned accounts.
• Increase order size and leverage pricing tools.
• Add new customers and convert from competition.
• Manage existing accounts with regular communication.
• Make outbound calls and present leads daily.
• Educate customers about new products and offerings.
