Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of sales experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer literacy with basic knowledge to operate Microsoft Office.
• Desire to pursue a sales role and be accountable for sales revenue.

Responsibilities

• Grow customer accounts for profit by increasing revenue and margins.
• Increase order size and leverage pricing tools to improve margins.
• Expand the customer base by adding new customers and converting competitors.
• Manage existing accounts with steady communication using the customer database.
• Make outbound calls and meet daily call targets to present leads.
• Educate customers about new products and keep them informed on industry developments.
• Promote ADI and provide exceptional shopping experiences in-store, by phone, and online.
• Support other duties as assigned.
