United Rentals, Inc. is the world’s largest equipment rental provider seeking an Inside Sales Rep at our Fluid Solutions branch. You will be a key customer contact and consultant, recommending solutions, quoting, selling and fulfilling equipment and service orders based on customer needs.

You’ll educate customers on proper equipment use, coordinate with branch staff to ensure satisfaction, and work to build relationships and drive branch growth through outstanding service.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of fluid solutions related products and applications preferred.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word and Excel).
• Excellent teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Keen attention to detail and safety.

Mansioni

• Establish understanding of rental business for specialty products and services.
• Process rental quotations, reservations and contracts.
• Establish new rental and sales accounts by serving walk-in and call-in customers.
• Educate customers about proper equipment use.
• Coordinate with branch employees to deliver customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate and track daily equipment pickups and returns.
• Run reports to monitor equipment and facilitate operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records of branch assets.
• Perform other duties as needed.
