Job summary

Diocese of Oakland Catholic Cemeteries is seeking a Family Service Advisor for Holy Sepulchre Cemetery & Funeral Center in Hayward, CA. You will guide families through arrangements with a compassionate, consultative approach, not just selling services.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years working in a sales environment with face-to-face customer contact.
• Interest in working in a Catholic environment; all faiths welcome.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with compassionate care.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus (verbal and written).
• Proficient computer skills and tech aptitude.
• Valid driver's license.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base Salary of $50,000
