Job summary

Catholic Funeral & Cemetery Services is seeking a Family Service Advisor in Antioch, CA. You will guide families through funeral options with a compassionate, consultative approach and support them through the complete journey—from arrangements to parish outreach.

The role emphasizes faith-driven service, autonomy within a team, and a dynamic, relationship-focused work environment. Base salary is $50,000 with uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in a sales environment with in-person customer contact.
• Interest in working in a Catholic environment and mission-driven service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with compassionate care.
• Strong organization and time management abilities.
• Proficient with computers and software; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Guide families through the Order of Christian Funerals with a consultative approach.
• Own your success with autonomy and support from a team.
• Be present across the full arc of a family’s journey from arrangements to parish outreach.
• Build relationships that focus on accompaniment first, arrangements second.
