Job summary

Archdiocese of Milwaukee Catholic Cemeteries seeks a sales-focused professional to guide families through funeral arrangements in a faith-centered environment. You’ll use consultative conversations to walk families through options, with autonomy supported by a collaborative team.

Expect a base salary of $43,888 plus uncapped commissions and a full benefits package. Two to four years in sales and bilingual Spanish are highly valued in this role.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in a sales role with face-to-face customer contact.
• Interest in working in a Catholic environment.
• Calling over checkbox-driven work; welcoming all faiths and backgrounds.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with compassion in person and by phone.
• Strong organization and excellent time management.
• Bilingual in Spanish (verbal and written).
• Proficient computers and technology aptitude.
• Valid driver’s license.
