Catholic Funeral & Cemetery Services is seeking a Family Service Advisor in Hayward, CA. You will guide families through thoughtful conversations about pre-need and at-need cemetery options with care and compassion.

This role embraces a Catholic environment; strong organizational skills and a passion for helping people are essential. Base salary with uncapped commissions, paid time off, and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Prospecting experience in sales.
• Bilingual: Spanish is a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• 2–4 years of performance-based sales experience.
• Interest in working in a Catholic environment; inclusive to all backgrounds.
• Demonstrates passion for helping people.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Willingness to work hard.
