Job summary

Galls, LLC in Lexington, KY is seeking an Inside Sales Executive to grow revenue within targeted medium and small accounts. You will develop account plans, lead servicing, and drive new business acquisition across the territory.

Responsibilities include prospecting, closing new acquisitions with solid solutions, and maintaining accurate CRM records in GQ and Zendesk. The role requires 1–3 years of direct sales experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years direct sales experience.
• Previous focus for Inside Sales New Business Acquisition, Account Management, Account Executive positions
• Knowledge of CRM, Excel, Word and PowerPoint is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop account plans for high-priority accounts and drive activity.
• Lead all account servicing including order entry and inquiries.
• Identify customer needs and propose solutions; drive onboarding and delivery of products.
• Coordinate with SDR for new business targeting and acquisition.
• Close new acquisitions with solid solutions, pricing and margins.
