Job summary

PLS Logistics Services is hiring a Sales Representative to help ship freight nationwide, 24/7/365, with full training and strong support from our team.

In this role you will build a client portfolio, negotiate pricing to close deals, and resolve service issues while working closely with Logistics Coordinators to grow the business. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, and the position offers uncapped commissions and a starting salary of $52,000 plus competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2 years cold calling experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Learn about PLS Logistics Services and the logistics industry.
• Cold call to develop a portfolio of clients and grow your network.
• Negotiate pricing to close deals and manage client service issues.
• Be the trusted advisor to customers and liaise with coordinators.
• Maintain accurate daily updates in the tracking system and seek growth opportunities.
• Write your own ticket as you progress in responsibilities.
