Job summary

Hoffman Hydronics is seeking an Inside Sales Engineer/Engineering Project Manager to act as the hub between customers, outside sales, and manufacturers, guiding boiler, steam, and hydronic projects from quote through delivery.

You will manage quotes and orders in NetSuite, coordinate deliveries, troubleshoot technical questions, and maintain project schedules while developing manuals and collaborating with manufacturers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in inside sales, account management, or customer-facing roles.
• Experience with HVAC, hydronics, boilers, or industrial products preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned customer accounts on products, pricing, and orders.
• Manage order entry in CRM/ERP (NetSuite) from quotes to returns.
• Coordinate deliveries and logistics for on-time shipments of boilers, steam packages, pumps, and hydronic equipment.
• Respond to inbound calls and emails, troubleshoot basic questions on hot water, steam, and hydronic systems.
• Maintain project schedules, quotes, and submittals in the management system.
• Research upcoming projects and perform takeoffs for hydronic and steam applications.
• Develop Installation, Operation, and Maintenance manuals for customer guidance.
• Collaborate with manufacturers to resolve issues and support starts.
• Continue expanding technical knowledge across product lines.
