Neugart USA is seeking an Inside Sales Technical Engineer to act as the technical backbone of the sales process, focusing on motion control and gearbox solutions. The role involves supporting quotation activities, providing technical guidance to customers and internal teams, and delivering product training to distributors and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field required; strong interest in automation and motion control.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows, training events, and customer visits.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills; able to work independently and with teams.

Responsibilities

• Support quotation process through technical product selection and sizing.
• Provide technical product support to customers, distributors, and internal teams.
• Analyze customer requirements and recommend gearbox solutions using sizing tools.
• Review specifications and assist with product selection and guidance.
• Support customers and managers in resolving gearbox-related issues and inquiries.
• Conduct product training and technical presentations for customers and partners.
• Collaborate with departments to support projects and requirements.
• Attend trade shows and on-site customer visits as needed.
