Job summary

Oriental Motor USA is seeking an Inside Sales professional to grow existing accounts and develop new opportunities in the Illinois market. You will build customer relationships, provide technical product information, and coordinate pricing, delivery, and RMA.

Responsibilities include using CRM daily, preparing sales reports, and supporting marketing with customer feedback; occasional travel to accounts and trade shows may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university.
• 2 years related experience or equivalent combination.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• BSEE or BSME in related field preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and ability to drive.
• Driving record in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain customer relationships and manage existing accounts.
• Develop existing accounts and identify new opportunities.
• Identify and develop emerging accounts to increase sales.
• Provide technical support and product information to customers.
• Use CRM to record customer information and prepare monthly reports.
• Visit accounts and attend trade shows when needed.
• Coordinate price, delivery, and RMA as part of customer service.
• Train and work with sales representatives and third-party groups.
