Tom Trese Networking LLC in Milwaukee, WI is seeking an Inside Sales Engineer to join a team of 12. You will become an expert in clients’ business, develop quotes, and act as account manager to increase sales across manufacturing markets.

The role offers excellent training, limited travel (quarterly), and strong growth opportunities within a multi-divisional manufacturing environment.

Formación

• BS degree in Mechanical, Materials or Industrial Engineering.
• 2+ years in a technically oriented role, preferably casting, machining, metal or materials process operation.
• Must have a passion to grow your career and interface with customers and team members.
• Good communication, verbal and written, and computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop quotes and generate proposals for the parts the customer wants.
• Be an account manager for your customers to increase sales and serve their needs.
• Work with field and territory sales to increase sales and grow the business; 75% existing clients, 20% seeking new from existing, 5% new business development.
• Project-based work and oversee the sales cycle from start to finish.
• Interface with all departments and levels within the company to accomplish goals.
• Limited travel, about once per quarter on average.
