The Keystone Distinction Group is seeking an Inside Sales Engineer in Milwaukee. You will join a team of 12 and become an expert in your clients’ businesses to better serve their needs and drive sales.

You’ll develop quotes, manage accounts, and coordinate with field and territory sales to grow business, with limited travel. The role emphasizes strong communication, project leadership through the sales cycle, and collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Mechanical, Materials or Industrial Engineering with a track record of customer-facing work.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Develop quotes and proposals for customer needs.
• Manage accounts to grow sales and respond to inquiries.
• Collaborate with field and territory sales to drive existing and new business.
• Lead projects through the sales cycle and coordinate with all departments.
• Limited travel, about once per quarter.
