United Rentals, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Rep to drive revenue by renting and selling equipment, handling customer relations, and coordinating branch activities. You will support telemarketing, service calls, and essential paperwork to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires an associate degree or equivalent, strong sales and service orientation, and proficiency with MS Office. You will partner with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure accurate data entry.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and sales experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word and Excel).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Engineering aptitude for sizing/install/maintain large projects.

Responsibilities

• Understand the rental business and specialized products.
• Develop new rental and sales accounts via telemarketing and call-ins.
• Process quotations, reservations, contracts and invoices in compliance with policies.
• Educate customers on equipment usage and safety procedures.
• Ensure contract data accuracy in the system.
• Coordinate pickups/returns and track inventory.
