Carrier Enterprise seeks an Inside Sales Engineer to support commercial HVAC contractors with technical expertise, quotes, and product recommendations from our Houston area branches. You will collaborate with the sales team to configure solutions and drive profitable bids.

The role requires engineering knowledge, blueprint reading, CRM proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple opportunities while traveling as needed to client sites and trade shows.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/technical field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5+ years in commercial HVAC engineering/applications or HVAC knowledge.
• Proficiency with CRM/database tools and MS Office.

• Respond to new business opportunities and generate quotes for commercial accounts.
• Assist Account Managers and introduce new products to engineers and contractors.
• Complete bids, submittals, and take-offs based on plans and specs.
