Carrier Enterprise, a premier HVAC distributor, seeks an Inside Sales Engineer for our Baton Rouge area. The role focuses on technical sales support for commercial contractors, pricing, and quoting HVAC equipment and parts.

The successful candidate will work with the commercial sales team as a technical advisor and product advocate, configure solutions, and drive quotes. Travel with the team for field activities and tradeshow support is expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field required.
• 3–5+ years of commercial HVAC engineering or applications experience or technical HVAC knowledge.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; ability to read blueprints and understand electrical/mechanical controls.

Mansioni

• Respond to new business opportunities and generate quotes for commercial sales.
• Assist account managers and sales managers with new/existing accounts and introduce new products.
• Complete bids, submittals, and take-offs based on plans and specs for commercial sales.
• Follow up on quotes, bids and submittals to close sales.
• Interact with customers, manufacturers, and the sales team via phone and email.
• Support training for commercial dealers as needed.
• Travel with the sales team to support presentations and trade shows.
