Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a seasoned Key Account Executive to act as the primary contact for large, complex customers. You will drive value-based selling, manage RFQs, negotiate contracts, and develop strategic relationships at executive levels to grow sales and margins.

The role requires 5 years in key account or field sales management within electronics distribution, strong data skills, and a proven ability to expand share across assigned territories.

Qualifications

• 5 years of key account management or sales management experience in electronics distribution.
• Hunter mentality with ability to build influential relationships with customers.
• P&L experience preferred and strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Quotations and contract negotiations for RFQs within assigned customers.
• Develop strategic relationships at high organizational levels to grow share.
• Lead negotiations and review significant contracts and amendments.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure successful renewals and demand creation progress.
• Travel as needed to manage and grow key accounts.
