• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience using CRM software, Office apps, and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to quotes per customer request and provide solutions.
• Engage customers by phone and email to understand needs.
• Respond to tasks and inquiries timely and accurately.
• Enter received orders into the system.
• Provide applications and product selection assistance.
• Regular outbound calling for follow-ups on quotes and leads.
• Maintain relationships with key decision-makers at accounts.
• Learn about industry and competitors' products and capabilities.
• Other duties as needed.
