Job summary

Phoenix Metals Company is seeking an Inside Sales professional to maintain and grow customer accounts through face-to-face and virtual communication. You will serve as the primary contact, address issues, and develop mutually beneficial solutions with customers.

The role requires strong communication, a solid knowledge of metals, and the ability to negotiate pricing while coordinating with operations to fulfill contracts. A 2+ year background in sales or customer service is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of the metals industry and product uses.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong virtual presence.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow customer accounts through face-to-face and virtual communication.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers and resolve issues.
• Negotiate pricing and prepare quotes within established guidelines.
• Coordinate with operations to execute agreements.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and provide feedback for improvements.
• Develop vendor database for buyout opportunities.
