The Judge Group is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Chamblee, GA to support inbound inquiries with a technical product portfolio.

You will combine customer service, inside sales, and order management, handling quotes, sales orders, and vendor communications while collaborating with regional sales and support teams. This hybrid role demands strong communication and problem-solving skills and the ability to learn quickly.

Qualificações

• Inside sales, customer service and/or technical sales experience.
• Technical/mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to learn a complex product portfolio.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Strong customer-service orientation.
• ERP experience (if applicable).

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone/email.
• Develop and maintain customer, supplier and internal relationships.
• Prepare quotes and process purchase orders/sales orders.
• Enter and manage sales orders, change orders and cancellations.
• Assist customers with product selection and sizing.
• Provide technical product assistance/troubleshooting.
• Check inventory and product availability.
• Manage order schedules, partial shipments and adjustments.
• Contact manufacturers/vendors regarding pricing, availability, lead times and delivery schedules.
• Communicate order status and lead-time information to customers.
• Manage and maintain open sales orders.
• Review weekly sales/order reports and address action items.
• Learn our product portfolio and the natural gas supply chain.
• Escalate technical/customer issues when appropriate.
