Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Long Beach, CA. The CSR will be the main contact for customers and dealers, handling orders, product information, delivery coordination, and day-to-day service needs.

Inside Sales experience is required, with a focus on accuracy and timely communication. The role involves coordinating with sales, credit, delivery, and production teams to ensure smooth fulfillment and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service or related work experience preferred.
• Inside Sales experience 1+ years
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Comfortable with data entry, email, and basic computer systems.
• Ability to perform basic calculations accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Order Support: Take and process orders by phone, email, and in person. Review dealer requests and order acknowledgments.
• Inside Sales experience
• Fulfillment Tracking: Monitor shipment schedules and help ensure deliveries are completed on time. Expedite orders when necessary.
• Team Coordination: Work closely with outside sales, inside sales, credit, delivery, and production teams.
• Customer Assistance: Answer product and technical questions and prepare basic price quotes for the sales team.
• Administrative Support: Process returns, manage customer credits, and enter order specifications accurately into the computer system.
• Provide friendly, professional service while maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
