Kelly is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Salinas, CA. You will serve as a key point of contact for customers and act as a liaison between customers, sales, and plant operations.

You will coordinate orders, help keep production and deliveries on track, and work across teams to provide a responsive, reliable customer experience. This role works under limited supervision on routine assignments and supports customers across one or more plants.

• Create and validate item specifications and customer projects.
• Process customer orders and inquiries, coordinate production schedules, and help ensure delivery requirements are met.
• Monitor order activity and inventory; flag potential issues to the appropriate teams and customers.
• Coordinate outside purchases of services and materials needed for customer projects.
• Prepare reports and share relevant data with customers.
• Research customer quality concerns and support the Quality Manager in resolving routine issues.
• Coordinate with sales, credit and collections, pre-pricing, planning, production, shipping, and plant leadership.
• Review schedules and backlogs with operations teams to support on-time delivery.
• Help develop and train junior-level employees.
• Build customer specifications and review them with production teams to support efficient manufacturing.
