Qualifications

• 0-3 years of sales or customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce and Genesis phone systems is preferred.
• Ability to learn new systems and software quickly.
• Strong sales skills including upselling and client relationship building.
• Responds quickly to customer needs and makes timely decisions.
• Motivated, customer-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with Sales associates to determine best products and solutions.
• Provide personalized customer service with timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
• Coordinate deliveries for customers.
• Answer sales calls and resolve customer questions or concerns.
