Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales, purchasing, or a related role within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support customers and outside sales representatives with product and service inquiries.
• Process requests related to pricing and quotations, product availability and delivery schedules, order status, returns and credits, and literature.
• Provide technical product assistance and maintain accurate records in company systems.
• Work with sales, operations, and vendors to resolve customer issues efficiently and meet performance expectations.
