• Provide technical product assistance and support when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation within company systems.
• Work collaboratively with sales, operations, and vendor partners to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Deliver a high level of customer service while meeting departmental performance expectations.

Position Summary

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer support by responding to inquiries and processing customer requests accurately and professionally.
