Responsibilities

• Support customers and outside sales representatives with product and service inquiries.
• Process requests related to pricing and quotations, product availability and delivery schedules, and order status updates.
• Handle returns and credits, order expedites, and product literature/documentation.
• Provide technical product assistance and support when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation within company systems.
• Work collaboratively with sales, operations, and vendor partners to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Deliver a high level of customer service while meeting departmental performance expectations.
