Zusammenfassung

SunSource is seeking a high-energy Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative to support our outside sales team and valued customers. You will respond to inquiries, process requests, and help customers find the right components using catalogs and internal tools.

Responsibilities include entering orders and quotes in the ERP with high accuracy, expediting orders to meet delivery commitments, and assisting in upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree or higher preferred (Fluid Power or Technical programs).
• 2+ years of customer service or inside sales experience in industrial distribution, manufacturing, or related industries.
• Familiarity with hydraulics, pneumatics, fluid power, electrical, power transmission, motors, or motion control is highly desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and able to quickly learn CRM systems (Trend is a plus).
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Calm under pressure, with sound judgment and decision-making abilities.
• Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and ethical standards.
