• Ability to review orders for accuracy, including price, revision levels, and due dates.
• Familiarity with ISO9002 standards and basic data entry procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive customer orders via email, fax, or websites and review for accuracy.
• Enter orders, produce forecast and demand reports; monthly sales graphs.
• Review quotes and perform contract review for new jobs and engineering changes.
• Respond to customer inquiries and maintain communication.
• Prepare New Job Checklists and support engineering changes.
