Weber Specialties Company is seeking an inside sales/order processing specialist to ensure accurate pricing and on-time delivery, handling quotes and assisting engineering with materials.

You will maintain BOMs/routers, respond to inquiries, and produce forecast reports while adhering to ISO9002 standards. A high school diploma and strong Excel/Word skills are required, with comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in processing customer orders with accuracy.
• Ability to review revisions, pricing, and due dates.
• Familiarity with ISO9002 standards and contract reviews.

Responsibilities

• Receive orders via email, fax or websites and review for accuracy.
• Enter orders, generate forecasts and demand reports.
• Review quotes and perform contract reviews for new jobs.
• Maintain master files with bills of materials and routers.
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns.
• Weekly reporting on incoming orders
• Update monthly sales graphs and on-time delivery tracking
