You will bridge customers and internal departments to ensure accurate processing and timely communication. Responsibilities include preparing quotations, reviewing orders, coordinating with Production Planning and Finance, and analyzing data to support sales plans and forecasts.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; high school diploma may be acceptable with experience.
• At least 2 years in a customer service related field.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency with MS Windows and MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Experience with an MRP/order management system preferred.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and data interpretation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Respond to requests for quotes and prepare accurate quotations.
• Review customer purchase orders for accuracy, pricing, terms, and delivery requirements.
• Enter and process customer orders, coordinating with Production Planning for delivery dates.
• Maintain records of quotes and orders per internal procedures.
• Review and update customer portals to ensure information is current.
• Communicate pricing, shipping schedules, and order status to customers.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve questions and ensure timely fulfillment.
