Ideal candidates have a strong customer service mindset and basic MS Office skills, with the ability to lift up to 100 lbs. This role supports showroom and warehouse operations in a fast-paced team setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and provide good customer service.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office usage.
• Ability to safely move products up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in and phone customers with questions and orders.
• Enter sales orders, generate invoices, and process payments.
• Recommend products based on customer needs and availability.
• Handle warranty items per policy and provide delivery estimates.
• Pull, stage, and distribute customer orders; use RF scanner as needed.
• Restock showroom merchandise and support warehouse duties.
