The role emphasizes product knowledge, teamwork, and supporting showroom and basic warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1+ years inside sales preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and use warehouse equipment.
• Comfort with basic computer systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in and phone customers with questions and orders.
• Enter sales orders, generate invoices, process payments per policy.
• Recommend products and solutions based on needs.
• Provide delivery estimates and manage showroom stock.
• Support receiving, shipping, and warehouse duties.
