Job summary

Examinetics is seeking an Inside Salesperson in Overland Park, KS. This role blends inside sales and customer service to guide clients through post-testing steps and recommend additional products and services. You will also handle inbound leads and prospect for new business while maintaining high client satisfaction.

The position requires a self-starter with strong communication skills and the ability to work with scheduling teams to arrange clinic visits, if needed, to support client programs.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years sales experience with potential or current clients.
• Experience with a CRM tool for managing leads and accounts.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Work directly with an assigned Sales Manager to support territory growth.
• Conduct daily client outreach to clients who have just finished occupational health testing.
• Conduct 90-day touch base to same clients in addition to immediate post-testing calls.
• Cross-sell and up-sell complementary services on post-test and 90-day outreach.
• Process sales orders from existing clients and new customers.
• When service requires clinic visits, work with the client and scheduling teams to arrange.
• Manage inbound website sales inquiries in a timely and thorough manner.
• Prospect for new business, including cold calls.
• Assist clients with any needs, issues, or complaints that are brought up in discussions
