Job summary

Examinetics is seeking a Drug & Alcohol Testing Program Administrator in Overland Park, KS. You will oversee the day-to-day processing and administration of client testing services, managing orders from initiation to completion and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle a high volume of time-sensitive work while coordinating with MROs, labs, and client teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred but not required.
• Experience in administrative or detail-oriented roles is preferred.
• Willingness to learn drug and alcohol testing processes and client protocols.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process orders according to client requirements and protocols.
• Place and manage testing orders through platforms, labs, sites, and vendors.
• Verify information on orders before processing and monitor open items for timely completion.
• Process results following procedures and regulatory requirements; generate client communications.
• Coordinate with MROs, labs, and sites to obtain results and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records and protect confidentiality of testing information.
• Support various testing programs (pre-employment, random, return-to-duty, etc.).
