Job summary

FASTSIGNS of Kansas City is seeking an Inside Sales and Customer Service Specialist to own the customer relationship from first inquiry to final delivery. You will greet customers, build quotes, follow up, and coordinate with design and production to move orders through to completion.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in customer-facing or sales-driven roles, a consultative mindset, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of proven experience in customer-facing or sales-driven environments.
• Consultative mindset focused on understanding client needs rather than hard selling.
• Professional experience handling inquiries, quotes, and order processing.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in, email, E-commerce, and phone customers.
• Proactively build and follow up on sales leads from inquiries and referrals.
• Prepare estimates and follow up on them.
• Update customers on order status and schedule changes.
• Coordinate with design and production to move orders to completion.
• Embrace the 'Everybody Sells' mindset and spot sales opportunities.
