Job summary

Examinetics is seeking an Inside Salesperson in Overland Park, KS. The role blends inside sales with customer service to guide clients after occupational health testing and to identify additional products and services that support their programs.

You will handle inbound leads from new customers and prospect for new opportunities, while maintaining high client satisfaction and partnering with a Sales Manager to drive territory growth.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years sales experience with potential or current clients.
• Experience using a CRM to manage leads and accounts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Support territory growth with an assigned Sales Manager.
• Outreach to clients who have finished occupational health testing.
• Perform 90-day follow-ups with the same clients.
• Cross-sell and up-sell complementary services after post-test and 90-day outreach.
• Process sales orders from existing clients and new customers.
• Coordinate clinic visits with scheduling teams when required.
• Manage inbound website sales inquiries promptly.
• Prospect for new business, including cold calls.
