OES Equipment, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support customers and drive orders in our Colorado market.

You will manage inquiries, quotes, and fulfillment while collaborating with outside sales, branch leadership, and internal support teams to ensure accurate processing and timely service delivery in a fast-paced equipment environment.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
• 3-5 years of related experience in inside sales, customer service, or sales operations required.
• 2-4 years of experience in construction supplies, equipment industry, or a related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manages customer interactions throughout the order lifecycle, including inquiries, quoting, order processing, fulfillment, and issue resolution.
• Creates and maintains accurate sales quotes, sales orders, invoices, and rental or re-rental contracts in accordance with established standards.
• Coordinates purchasing activities for inventory, drop-ship items, re-rented equipment, and site services in alignment with procurement guidelines.
• Supports inventory, equipment, and receiving activities by maintaining accurate records, following inventory control procedures, and resolving discrepancies.
• Collaborates with outside sales representatives and branch leadership to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Leverages product and equipment knowledge to support customer decision-making and resolve service-related issues.
• Prioritize daily tasks and manages time effectively to consistently meet service standards
