Job summary

DEHN Americas is seeking an Inside Sales Account Manager to support customers, sales representatives, and internal teams by managing day-to-day sales support, customer communication, quotations, order follow-up, and basic technical product assistance.

This role is critical to making DEHN easy to do business with while helping the sales team convert leads, respond quickly to customer needs, and drive revenue growth through accurate documentation and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• BS preferred; 5–8 years of professional experience.
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps and data/analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary inside contact for customers and sales partners.
• Prepare RFQs, quotations, and sales documents accurately.
• Support outside sales with account follow-up and onboarding.
• Coordinate with internal teams on orders, RMAs, and reporting.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
