Job summary

Hillenbrand is seeking an Inside Sales professional to drive aftermarket parts and service revenue. You will serve as the main office-based contact for assigned accounts, identify parts from requests and manuals, prepare quotations reflecting requirements, pricing and lead times, and follow up to improve conversion.

Collaboration with regional sales managers and support teams is essential for successful order execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support and quoting processes.
• Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and orders.
• Strong communicator with internal teams to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary office-based sales contact for assigned accounts and territories.
• Identify parts based on customer requests and historical data.
• Prepare and deliver aftermarket parts quotations reflecting requirements and lead times.
• Follow up on quotations to increase conversion rates.
• Maintain customer relationships through proactive communication and support.
• Collaborate with support, RSMs and aftermarket teams to resolve inquiries.
• Process customer purchase orders in accordance with policies.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Logistics on shipping instructions.
