This entry-level or junior role offers a hands-on path in B2B sales, client management, or sales operations. You will work closely with the sales team, maintain CRM data, generate quotes, and help produce weekly pipeline reports.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in admin support / customer service / junior sales
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to multi-task
• Strong communication skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools and office suites
• Proactive problem-solving attitude

Responsibilities

• Administrative Support: assist daily administrative tasks, schedule virtual client meetings, prepare presentations, organize sales materials
• CRM & Data Management: input and maintain accurate client information, deal stages, and call logs in our CRM system
• Quote & Contract Generation: draft accurate price quotes, sales orders, and service agreements based on inputs from the sales team and pricing guidelines
• Lead Triaging & Qualification: monitor inquiries via phone, email, or web forms; triage and route qualified leads to sales reps
• Customer Communication: serve as a reliable point of contact for clients about order status, delivery timelines, or product information
• Sales Reporting: help compile weekly/monthly sales metrics and pipeline reports for sales management
